The conference will address the growing challenges and opportunities in cybersecurity across multiple domains, including secure communication infrastructures, intelligent threat detection, privacy-preserving systems, and cyber-resilience in emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and blockchain. CERC 2025 aims to foster collaboration between academia and industry to shape the future of cybersecurity education, policy, and technological innovation. The conference is organized by KCST, with the technical co-sponsorship of the IEEE and other leading professional bodies. It will feature plenary sessions, technical paper presentations, and invited industrial and special sessions, offering participants a comprehensive overview of current trends and breakthroughs in cybersecurity. Accepted technical papers will be published in the official proceedings with an assigned ISBN number, and selected high-quality papers may be invited for extended versions in special journal issues. Submitted papers (.pdf format) must use the A4 IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. Please remember to add Keywords to your submission.
Length
The paper submission length according to each category (Overlength charges will be applied!):
- Long papers: (7-8 pages).
- Short papers: (5-6 pages).
- Poster papers: (1-2 pages).
Originality
Papers submitted must be the original work of the authors. The may not be simultaneously under review elsewhere. Publications that have been peer-reviewed and have appeared at other conferences or workshops may not be submitted.
