The Third IEEE International Conference on Blockchain Computing and Applications (BCCA 2021)
Nov 15 – Nov 16, 2021 – Tartu, Estonia
ONLINE PRESENTATION!

Welcome to the Third IEEE International Conference on Blockchain Computing and Applications (BCCA 2021)

Call for Papers

Blockchain is a revolutionary technology in decentralized systems that enables secure decentralized transaction processing while ensuring data privacy and authenticity. It is now playing a significant role in several areas such the Internet of Things, supply-chain management, manufacturing, cyber-physical systems, healthcare systems, and much more. Unlike centralized transaction processing solutions, blockchain uses a distributed ledger mechanism to record data transactions on multiple devices, this will prevent data breach, identity theft, and a plethora of cyber-related attacks, in essence, leading to a sustainability in data privacy and security. This conference aims at to attract work of both researchers and practitioners in the area of cyber-security to share and exchange their experiences and research studies in both academia and industry in the field of blockchain.

Submission Guidelines

Paper format

Submitted papers (.pdf format) must use the A4 IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. Please remember to add Keywords to your submission.

Length

There are three categories of submission:

  • Long papers: 7-8 pages. Overlength papers will be rejected without review.
  • Short papers: 5-6 pages.
  • Positioning papers: 3-4 pages.

Originality

Papers submitted to BCCA must be the original work of the authors. The may not be simultaneously under review elsewhere. Publications that have been peer-reviewed and have appeared at other conferences or workshops may not be submitted to BCCA. Authors should be aware that IEEE has a strict policy with regard to plagiarism https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/plagiarism/plagiarism-faq.html The authors' prior work must be cited appropriately.

Author list

Please ensure that you submit your papers with the full and final list of authors in the correct order. The author list registered for each submission is not allowed to be changed in any way after the paper submission deadline.

Proofreading:

Please proofread your submission carefully. It is essential that the language use in the paper is clear and correct so that it is easily understandable. (Either US English or UK English spelling conventions are acceptable.)

IMPORTANT: No-Show Policy

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. A paper not presented or presented by a non-author without prior written approval by the TPC Chair will be removed from the final conference proceedings and no registration refund can be made to the authors of these papers.
